INTRODUCTION
Kampung Morten was named after the British Land Commissioner F.J Morten ho had contributed to the pening of the village. The village as founded in 1920 by En. Othman Mohd Noh
Kampung Morten is consists of more than 50 traditional Malay residences andd it is the only Malay village located in the heart of Melaka City that has preserved its Malay identity for over ten years.
ACTIVITIES
A late afternoon walk in the village is deefinitely a leisure expeiencce. Villagers will come out for outdoor activities, drink tea and coffee, chitchat ith their neighbours hile kids will play around
